Metropolitan Medical Center College of Arts, Science & Technology (MMC CAST) is a private, non-profit institution located in Sta. Cruz, Manila, devoted to producing globally competitive healthcare professionals who embody discipline, integrity, compassion, and excellence.

Established in 1976 as the Metropolitan Hospital College of Nursing, the school was founded with a mission to provide high-quality nursing education guided by values and professional discipline. Over the years, the institution has evolved into a multidisciplinary college offering a wide range of health-related programs. In 2009, it was renamed MMC CAST to reflect its expanded academic offerings and broader commitment to the field of medical sciences and allied health education.

Today, MMC CAST offers seven major programs: Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Dental Medicine, and Bachelor’s degrees in Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Technology, and Radiologic Therapy. Each program is designed to equip students with strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical experience through modern laboratories and hospital-based training.

The college consistently produces outstanding results in national licensure examinations, demonstrating its commitment to educational excellence. It has achieved 100% passing rates in Pharmacy and Physical Therapy, 91.89% in Nursing, 93.75% in Medical Technology, and above-average performance in Medicine and Radiologic Technology—solidifying its reputation as one of the most trusted healthcare education institutions in the country.

MMC CAST’s is housed in a 26-storey building, located beside the Metropolitan Medical Center, is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including air-conditioned classrooms, specialized laboratories, a comprehensive library, and Wi-Fi connectivity to support an engaging learning environment.

Under the leadership of President Engr. Joel T. Go, MMC CAST continues to strengthen partnerships with reputable hospitals and healthcare organizations, ensuring that students receive well-rounded clinical training and exposure to real-world medical settings.

The institution also promotes educational accessibility through various scholarship and financial aid programs, such as entrance scholarships, employee discounts, and medical scholarships supported by the Go Tong Foundation.
