Building on a trusted partnership spanning more than five years with Black Forest Decor, Space Dinosaurs delivered the multi-site migration and refreshed digital experience in approximately three months — completing the project on time and on budget while modernizing the brands’ ecommerce foundation for future growth.
The initiative consolidated and modernized the ecommerce infrastructure across all three brands, providing a scalable and flexible commerce platform designed to support future growth and focused on performance optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), operational agility, and improved customer experiences.
