OSAKA, JAPAN, September 30, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — CLOVER MFG.CO.,LTD.(Headquarters: Osaka, Japan; President and CEO: Tomoki Okada) filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota ( Civil Action No. 0:26-cv-01694 ), alleging that GE Designs LLC ‘s sales of Jumbo Wonder Clips infringed its U.S. patents.
The parties have reached a settlement (the “Settlement”) on June 1, 2026, and the litigation has been resolved.
The terms of the Settlement are confidential and therefore will not be disclosed.
