Rather than independently marketing their remaining inventory heading into 2027, the five builders are collaborating on a sales event featuring three consecutive weekends of open houses during the month of November, inviting qualified buyers to tour participating homes and submit offers by November 20. Unlike conventional builder promotions centered on predetermined discounts or financing incentives, the initiative encourages buyers to propose their own purchase terms, including price, closing costs and financing incentives, with each builder independently evaluating offers.
“These builders have already sold the overwhelming majority of their homes this year. What’s left represents a very small percentage of their overall business,” said Grant Hammond, partner at BDG Partners at Compass. “Rather than carry those homes into 2027, they’re giving buyers an opportunity to make serious offers and potentially negotiate terms that weren’t available earlier in the year.”
The collection spans Nashville neighborhoods including Oak Hill, Green Hills, Brentwood, Lockeland Springs, Cleveland Park, Charlotte Park, Sylvan Park, The Nations and the River District. Homes range from three to five bedrooms and approximately 2,187 to 5,860 square feet, encompassing contemporary townhomes, urban residences and expansive luxury estates. Features across the collection include private outdoor spaces, guest accommodations and thoughtfully designed interiors.
Participating homes will be available for tours during the weekends of: October 31-November 1, November 7-8 and November 14-15. All offers must be submitted by Friday, November 20, 2026, at 5 p.m. Offers are subject to final builder approval, with accepted transactions targeting a December 31 closing.
